Once the architectural plans are finalized they will be sent to an engineer for verification of structural components in the foundation and framing. If applicable, plans will be reviewed by city and permits will be drawn upon approval.
Once the plans are approved and permits have been pulled we will make a visit to the site and set the four corners of your house. This is where we “place” your house on your lot/land. The forming of your foundation will be based off of these four corners.
At this point the construction process can begin. Once the construction process begins the homeowner will be given a further detailed outline of work to be expected. This Construction Process includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Framing & Cornice
- Exterior & Interior Paint
- Mechanical & Electrical
- Stone & Stucco
- Trim & Doors
- Tile, Wood & Carpet Flooring
- Mirrors, Shower Enclosures & Appliances
